yeah they were just test none of them have big render setting or have the shadows right i just wanted to see generally what it would look like... as you can tell they all have low render settings for speed... their is one with high settings but i forget witch one it was lol.

Seems very cool. The glass is really photo realistic. The only problem I can see is (Yeah, it's a test, I know) that the shadows seem... Unnatural in certain images.

Grab this [link] it's for vray renderer but you can "apply" this probably to your stock renderer in c4d. There are very useful tips and allround walkthroughs that applies to all renderes (e.g. how to make water in glass look like water). Also in "glass section" there is explained all the little details about bounces, IOR etc. I hope that those tuts can give you a boost in better renders.

i wish i could get vray to work... idk why but i just cant seem to get it.

i also only use C4D, but everytime i try to render glass, the shadows just look wrong... especially when i use round glass (like yours, or a sphere), it always looks like the object is "empty" inside, or just plain.
the way the shadows looks on the bottom left picture is what i need, but i just can't get it right.
any idea? or maybe you could just tell me your settings for the mats and the render-options.
note me, if you don't want to spam your comments here. :P
thanks in advance.
